Our client asked us to work with their designer to replace their existing Denco units which served the ground floor of their facility, with a new Air Handling Unit, which would provide heating, cooling and humidity control. As part of the project we built a new A/C compound to feed the new AHU coil. The work was complex and involved avoiding clashes between pipes, ducts, cable trays and trunking.
There was also a large amount of remedial work to be done on the first floor as part of the project. We acted as Principle Contractor coordinating various trades including:
- A/C works
- Installation of BMS controls
- Ductwork installation
- Ductwork cleaning,
- Building works
- Electrical works
- Pipework fabrication
We worked with the client throughout to ensure minimal shut down time and arranged for testing and commissioning of the system once complete.
