Background/ Need:

The client contacted us to replace 2 existing chillers with a new single chiller and carry out remedial works to 2 ventilation systems.

In order to secure this project we had to demonstrate suitable competence, corporate stability, an adherence to industry quality standards and the training and professional development of our team members and sub-contractors.

Summary/ Solution:

We carried out the pipework fabrication at our Fareham facility. Once on site we stripped out the 2 old internal chillers, pumps and pipework and fitted a new air cooled chiller onto a new base outside of the building. We extended the pipework from the new chiller and refurbished and modified the ductwork system in a number of areas. We cleaned the existing retained ductwork and flushed out all new pipework. As part of this project we also arranged for all electrical works, building works and BMS installation to take place and also testing and commissioning of the whole system.
