The energy centre receives low carbon heat from an offsite facility and delivers the heat to 2No 125.000ltr storage vessels, then through a series of substations to the dwellings throughout the site. There are 3No 2200Kw boilers for back up interlinked with the system in case of heat failure. The client contacted us to carry out the mechanical works required for the energy centre and substation.

All mechanical pipework over 65mm was fabricated off site at our fabrication facility, delivered and installed on site by our fully trained operatives. We also completed the distribution from the secondary plantrooms out to site, which included the risers.
