We were successful in tendering for a project involving the full fit out of our clients plant room in their energy centre.
This included the fabrication of all of the required heating pipework, which we arc welded at our fabrication facility in Fareham to Class 2 – materials used were red heavy iron pipework on the main heating system, weld flanges were PN16 plates.
The pipework was then delivered directly to the clients site, along with all of the associated equipment that our competent team were to install e.g. control valves, pressure gauges, binders, storage vessels, brackets.
The work also involved connecting our pipework to 3No 650kw boilers, installing new gas boosters and installing drains within the plant room. Isolation valves were installed just outside of the energy centre to allow other services to easily connect to.
